PCUSA and How It Works

Description

This Handbook was prepared by a committee of the Organization Department of the Party of Communists USA at the direction of the Political Bureau of the Party and in conformity with the decisions of the Central Committee and 3rd Party Congress. They call for a further strengthening of the Party’s contributions to the struggle for peace, democracy, the living needs of working people, against fascism, and for socialism. It called for rooting the Party even more deeply among the workers, particularly in the basic industries, and among the specially oppressed people, African and Native American people. In order to achieve these aims, the PCUSA concluded that more rapid growth of the Communist Party is necessary. The fight for the vitality of its internal life and for higher standards ideologically, politically, and organizationally is part of the process of building the Party.
